Ans: The part 3 of Indian Constitution mentions about the fundamental rights. There are six fundamental rights i.e., 

Right to equality, Right to freedom, Right against exploitation, Right to freedom of religion, Cultural and educational rights, Right to constitutional remedies.

Part III of the Constitution is described as the Magna Carta of India. 

Articles 12 to Article 35 are the fundamental rights of Indian Constitution. 

Part 3 of Indian Constitution is taken from Constitution of USA.
